That would be nice. I'm sure it'll happen someday, since they've been slowly raising the number of icons. They probably felt going up to 15 was a big enough leap to last us a while.
You could be right, though. I could probably figure out if I poked around my old abandoned RP accounts, but...why bother. My memory has been going since I was about 7.
Well, that would be hindered by the fact that the paid account offers more benefits than just the icons (for all that most people don't care about a lot of them). I mean, we could assume that each icon costs the same and judge from the #-of-extra-icons/$10 of the userpic increase alone, but I imagine it's not a linear relation.
